Leadership & Instructional Foundations for ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ (LIFT)
(LIFT merges programs formerly known as Strong Foundations SF, ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Instructional Leadership TIL, and ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Lesson Study TXLS)
The LIFT grant provides a three-year program to strengthen instructional systems across districts and campuses. Builds capacity for effective High Quality Instructional Material use, with a focus on Bluebonnet Learning.

The LIFT School Improvement PLC Support grant provides extra funding for LIFT campuses in School Improvement. Expands existing PLC facilitation, coaching, and observation feedback.

Materials Support Grant (MSG)

The Materials Support Grant (MSG) supports High Quality Instructional Materials purchase and implementation for campuses in School Improvement. HQIM must be on the SBOE-approved list, but not Bluebonnet.

Blended Learning Grant (BLG)
Two Cohorts​: Academic–Math, RLA cohort ​ and Strategic Operations
The Blended Learning Grant (BLG) program offers two cohort models, Academic and Strategic Operations, to support design and implement a blended learning model utilizing online adaptive software usage and changing operational systems like staffing and scheduling.

The Preparing and Retaining Educators through Partnership (PREP) Program Allotment aims to strengthen the quality of teacher recruitment, preparation, and mentorship leading to increased educator effectiveness and retention. The districts may also apply for ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Strategic Staffing funding to support implementation and reach of the PREP Program Allotment.

ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Strategic Staffing for Residencies (TSS)
ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Strategic Staffing for Residencies program provides technical assistance and other supports to districts/charters and educator preparation program (EPP) partnerships to design and implement paid, year-long high-quality, sustainable teacher residencies across SY 2026-2027 and SY 2027-2028. The grant provides partial funding for at least one district staff member to coordinate the work between the district and technical assistance provider.

Navigating Excellence through Targeted Supports (NEXT)
The Navigating Excellence through Targeted Supports (NEXT) grant provides intensive tier 1, supplementary, and operational supports for F-rated campuses falling outside of the federal Title I CSI/TSI/ATSI designation

Early College High School (ECHS)
The Early College High School program offers technical support to implement models that enable underserved students to earn both a high school diploma and an associate degree concurrently, while impacting CCMR outcomes

Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH)
The P-TECH program offers technical support to implement models that enable underserved students to earn a high school diploma, IBCs, and/or an associate degree concurrently, while impacting CCMR outcomes .The P-TECH school model requires a campus to maintain a partnership with an institution of higher education (IHE) to provide dual credit opportunities to the P-TECH academy students and with a business/industry partner to provide work-based learning experiences.

Virtual Hybrid Program Accelerator (VHPA)
The Virtual and Hybrid Program Accelerator (VHPA) offers technical assistance and support to develop and refine high-quality virtual and hybrid programs. The program requires participating school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to launch a full-time virtual or hybrid program or apply for authorization to operate a full-time virtual or hybrid campus beginning the 2027-2028 school year.
