Year-Round Schools

The ֱ Education Agency (TEA) is required to publish a list of campuses operating on a year-round system under ֱ Education Code §25.084 (84th ֱ Legislature, General Appropriations Act (GAA), Article III, Rider 69, 85th ֱ Legislature, GAA, Article III, Rider 58, and 86th ֱ Legislature, GAA, Article III, Rider 59).

Additionally, Rider 69 (84th ֱ Legislature, GAA, Article III) required TEA to evaluate the performance of students attending schools that operate on a Year-Round education calendar in comparison to students attending schools that operate on a traditional school-year calendar.
